Christmas Outreach Projects
CHRISTMAS OUTREACH PROJECTS involve the congregation in buying gifts for local families in need through referrals from Serving People Across Neighborhoods (SPAN). Gift Baskets are also provided to eldery or disabled Pinewood Village residents that are referred to us through social services. We also take a mini-version of the Woods Advent Festival to children at Sarah’s House (an emergency shelter for families). Volunteers are needed to coordinate these efforts.
