Christ Lutheran Place CHRIST LUTHERAN PLACE, a women and children’s shelter in south Baltimore, provides a 24hour emergency center of safety and warmth for hundreds of homeless each year. This crisis facility also offers referrals and supportive services to begin the rebuilding process toward independent living.
