St. Andrew Choir

The St. Andrew Choir is for children in kindergarten through second grade.  Rehearsal begins at 5:25 to 6:30 pm on Thursday's from September to May.  In addition to refining the vocal and musical skills of the singer, this choir assumes a more active role in worship as it prepares more advanced music for liturgical use.  The choir assists in 9:30 am Worship Service on Sunday once a month and occasionally performs with the St. Cecilia Choir, Youth Choir, and Adult Choir both in worship and in the annual choir concerts.  Musical games and warm-up activities help children learn musical concepts while learning about the Biblical teachings found in the music.

The St. Cecilia Choir

 - 3rd thru 5th GSt Cecilla Choir newarade

Children enrolled in third through fifth grades will enjoy a wonderful choral experience in the St. Cecilia Choir. This group leads the musical portion of worship on a monthly basis and is the key musical group for such Sundays as All Saints’ Day, Palm Sunday, leading all the children in the donkey procession, and Mothers Day.  Highlights of the season include the annual concerts which it performs with other choirs and special soloists. The choir has a lock-in each year in which they prepare anthems for worship as well as the annual concerts. Pizza and swimming at the Community Center are parts of these events.
