Use of Woods' Facilities

Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church (WMPC) is pleased to serve its congregation and its community. We have dedicated this building for worship in prayer and song, for the ministry of the Word, and for the celebration of the sacraments. We welcome the chance to share our facilities with others for fellowship and pastoral care, for the strengthening of family, for the nurturing of our children, and for the maturing of our youth.

Woods Church has a number of long-standing relationships with several community organizations for ongoing use. Local organizations and individuals for one-time or short-term usage also use our facilities. Our first priority is to programs and membership needs of the church. Priority is then given to nonprofit groups that are supported by the church, and finally to other nonprofit organizations.

Woods’ Director of Property and Records will handle all outside group intake and scheduling. At the time of application, the expressed purpose and intent for the facility use must be made in writing to the Director.

STEPS REQUIRED TO RENT SPACE AT WOODS CHURCH

  1. Review Woods’ Building Use Policy including the Terms of Building Use and room rates
  2. Complete a Room Use Request Form
  3. Drop-off, email, or use U.S. postal services to submit a completed Room Use Request form to the Director of Property and Records at least two weeks prior to desired rental date(s):
