What is it?

WoodsWork, a youth planned and led mission trip, strives to serve God through building faith, relationships and homes while having fun. (WoodsWork 2010 Mission Statement) 

Where?

This year's trip will be June 24 - July 2 to Darlington County, South Carolina

WoodsWork 2010 - Dates to Remember (these are required events)

Sunday, March 21	WoodsWork Orientation #1 - 7:00 p.m. Parents of first timers must also attend.
Sunday, April 25	WoodsWork Orientation #2 - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 15	Car Wash 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  This is the ONLY Fundraiser for WoodsWork!
Sunday, May 23	WoodsWork Orientation #3 - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 6	Money Turn-In - 9:00 a.m. till Noon
Sunday, June 20	Commissioning during worship at Woods - attend one of the services: 8:00, 9:30, or 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday, June 23	Pack the Truck - 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 24	Depart from Woods Church for SC
Friday, July 2	Arrive back at Woods Church

 

***NOTE: Any event that you are unable to attend, requires you to submit a written request for absence to the committee co-chairs at least one week in advance of the event. Absences (even excused ones) will require attendance at a make-up session and completion of make-up work.
